Small company, serious work.
Cool Unlimited has been trading since 2003. For most of that time we have worked as part of our clients' own teams, on public services, retail and financial systems. We also develop products of our own.
Technical direction comes from Phil Davies, principal developer and software architect. He has built trading platforms, retail at national scale, and worked on UK government programmes through managed service providers and agencies. His roles and dates are set out in our project history.
We use AI-assisted development alongside engineering review and testing. For each engagement, we agree the scope, people, delivery timetable and support arrangements. Clients have a clear point of contact and know what is included before work starts.
